Are you a seasoned Accounting Manager looking for the next step in your career? A growing manufacturing company is hiring a Financial Controller for a hybrid position in Richmond Heights, MO, to oversee all accounting functions and lead a team of accountants.
What You'll Do as Financial Controller:

What You'll Do as Financial Controller:
- Oversee all accounting functions and general ledger activities.
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of AR, AP, and staff accountants.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of accounting and finance experience, preferable in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
